In case of minors, to be able to process their data, we require that any request be made by their parents or guardians or, where appropriate, with their consent.

The data can be processed and incorporated into the files held by SAGGAS in order to meet these requests and enable management of the relationship and contact with its users. We understand that we already have your consent to do so from the moment you provide us with your personal data via telephone, email or post, both for the above registration and processing and for sending/receiving information communications by SAGGAS in relation to its organisation, activities and services, without prejudice to the particular information which accompanies each form and contact or registration option.
The data provided by the users will be processed by the SAGGAS areas, departments and personnel relevant to the requested information or established relationship. The data will be processed and will be stored during the legally established time period and until you revoke your consent to maintain your relationship with SAGGAS, when they will be erased, except for data which, legally or contractually, it is necessary for us to keep.
The personal data provided when completing the contact, online assistance, subscription or registration forms, and which is identified as “mandatory completion” is necessary in order to deal with your request, provide information, content, the utility or service requested and/or to maintain the contact. If the mandatory data required from the user is not provided, we will not be able to manage your requests or access the specific options which may have been made available for registration or for requesting information, services, content or a utility. In order to manage your requests and maintain contact, the data provided through the forms placed at your disposal will be treated equally and may be incorporated into files whose ownership and responsibility for their processing is held by SAGGAS. Nonetheless, the completion of the forms, including their acceptance and submission, confirms your consent and authorisation for the registration and processing of the data, its inclusion in the aforementioned file and the sending/receiving of electronic or postal communications by SAGGAS of information and, where appropriate, commercial content which is related to the information, content or services requested.
The personal data provided is completely confidential and will only be shared with third companies or entities when the management of your request, the supply of any information, content, utility or the provision of any service requested by the user requires it.
In this case, the data provided by the user may be communicated and/or processed by third parties to enable the provision of information, content, products and/or services requested, as well as to enable the administrative, operational, computing, commercial, economic and fiscal management of the website and SAGGAS. Likewise, we inform you that the services of downloads and telephone/electronic communications inevitably involve automated operations and technical procedures of interconnection, transit and storage, as well as communications, transfers and interconnections with third parties, especially with platforms, networks and operators. If you are not happy with this, please do not use this platform and refrain from using the services associated with it.
SAGGAS is committed to fulfilling its obligation of confidentiality and secrecy of personal data and its duty to store them, and will adopt the security measures required by the legislation in force at any time which reasonably allow it to ensure the protection of the data and to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access, taking into account at all times the state of the technology. However, SAGGAS cannot fully guarantee the absolute impenetrability of its security or third-party systems, since no security measures installed at present are absolutely unbreachable. Therefore, SAGGAS will not be responsible for any incidents which may arise in relation to personal data when they result from an attack or unauthorised systems access that makes it impossible to detect implanted security systems, without prejudice to the possible obligation of communication to the relevant authorities.
The user undertakes to maintain the data provided to SAGGAS duly updated, being responsible for the damages which SAGGAS and/or third parties may suffer as a result of the lack of veracity, inaccuracy, lack of validity and authenticity of the data provided. SAGGAS will be exonerated from any type of responsibility derived from the lack of veracity and updating of the information provided, as well as from any damage or harm which the user may suffer as a result of this. SAGGAS reserves the right to remove or delete the information provided by the user. They may take action on the files without notice, especially if they detect a lack of truthfulness, accuracy or topicality of the same.
The website may contain links or references to other websites which are not under our control and in which this data protection policy is not applicable. We advise you to read the indications contained in each website you visit. You will be solely responsible for links to such websites.
The user may revoke any consent given for the processing of their data, without affecting the legality of the processing based on their consent prior to their withdrawal, as well as exercising, with respect to their personal data, the legally recognised rights, among others, to the access, rectification, deletion and, where appropriate, limitation of processing, portability or opposition.
