SAGGAS is committed to fulfilling its obligation of confidentiality and secrecy of personal data and its duty to store them, and will adopt the security measures required by the legislation in force at any time which reasonably allow it to ensure the protection of the data and to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access, taking into account at all times the state of the technology. However, SAGGAS cannot fully guarantee the absolute impenetrability of its security or third-party systems, since no security measures installed at present are absolutely unbreachable. Therefore, SAGGAS will not be responsible for any incidents which may arise in relation to personal data when they result from an attack or unauthorised systems access that makes it impossible to detect implanted security systems, without prejudice to the possible obligation of communication to the relevant authorities.
The user undertakes to maintain the data provided to SAGGAS duly updated, being responsible for the damages which SAGGAS and/or third parties may suffer as a result of the lack of veracity, inaccuracy, lack of validity and authenticity of the data provided. SAGGAS will be exonerated from any type of responsibility derived from the lack of veracity and updating of the information provided, as well as from any damage or harm which the user may suffer as a result of this. SAGGAS reserves the right to remove or delete the information provided by the user.
