The contents, forms, graphics and other formal expressions that form this Web Site ( in the future, the Site) , as with the software necessary for the working and visualization of the Site, constitutes a work, in the meaning of Authors Rights and is protected by the international conventions and national legislations that are applicable to materials of intellectual and industrial property. The failure to comply with these norms are subject to a serious penalty and civil legislation and penal sanction.
It is prohibited all acts by virtue of the the User of the Site( in the future, the User) to exploit or serve commercially , directly or indirectly, totally or partially any of the contents, forms, graphics and other formal expressions that make up the Site, without previous permission and in writing from saggas. Specifically, and without an exhaustive nature, acts of reproduction, distribution, exibition, transmission, retransmission, emission in any form, storage in physical or logical supports( for example, discs or computer hard discs), digitialization, make available, translate, adapt, fix, or any other form of transformation of said contents, forms, graphics and other formal expressions that make up the Site will be subject to the legislation applicable to intellectual and industrial property.
The works and other formal expressions contained in the Site, as with the contents, graphics, opionions, warnings, or clarifications, are offered by saggas as an informative final. Under these circumstances, in any case, does not authorise the user to complete any of the above mentioned acts without the expressed permission and in writing by saggas.
Visualisation, loading or temporal storage, totally or partially of the contents and graghics that appear on the Site for the exclusive and private use of the user is authorised.
Saggas can proceed with the modification or alteration of the contents and graphics of the Site, to adapt them to its editorial format.
It is forbidden that any technical resources, logical or technological by virtue of which a third party could benefit, directly or indirectly with or without profits, of any and all of the contents, graphics, and other formal expressions that make up the Site, or the effort put in by saggas to complete its working. Specifically, it is forbidden all links, hyperlinks, framing or similar links that could establish itself in the direction of the Site without prior permission and in writing from saggas. Any transgression in this point, will be considered as a fracture of the ligitimate rights of intellectual property of saggas concerning the Site and all of its contents.
Saggas will not be held responsible for any injury that could be generated by the User in the event of the impossibility to loan its services of the present contract due to an assumed accident, force majeure, or other causes not attributable to saggas. Saggas is neither responsible for the inadequate workings of the system, if maintanence is required, or incidences that affect international operators, an overload in the system not attributable to saggas, a defective configuration of the User´s equipment or its insufficiency to support the informatic system necessary to use the service. Saggas is not responsible for failures, injuries, that derive from the incompatability of saggas services with other programme services that are not specifically interoperatable.
Saggas will not be responsible in any case for any injury special or indirect, or for any other injury that could be derived from a loss of use, information, benefits, nor legal action by contract, negligence or any other kind, derived or related to the use, output or the information available on the Site.
The documents and graphics published in this Site, may include technical inconsistancies and typing errors. The information will be subject to periodical changes. Saggas warns that improvements and changes will be made without prior notice, at any time, in the products that are described and included in the Site. |
